Education is the key to unlocking endless possibilities. By supporting indigent girls in rural communities , we are not only investing in their future but also contributing to the overall development of the society. Every girlchild deserves access to education, regardless of their background or financial status. Through education, we can break the cycle of poverty and pave the way for a more equitable and prosperous society. Equity Watch Initiative EQUITY WATCH INITIATIVE [E-WIN] with funding from Girls Opportunity Alliance are taking the lead in educational support for girls in rural communities in Enugu North Senatorial zone. In this episode, 12 girls from 6 schools in Enugu North Senatorial zone, received educational support of #100, 000.00 each. It was pathetic listening to the stories of these girls. Almost all of them are orphans, a few have single parent with a bleak future. It was tears of joy as some of them never believed that such help could come their way. For some, they had to sell sachet water and make broom and gather palm kernel to pay their school fees. Bringing smiles on the faces of these girls is our highest achievement for the year. We are grateful to the Girls Opportunity Alliance for their support.
