Access to menstrual hygiene products remain a serious challenge for women and girls in rural communities. This makes them vulnerable to a range of issues, including increased risk of infections, reduced school attendance, social isolation and exposes them to gender based violence.
As we celebrate the World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2023, @E-WIN targets to distribute 2000 pads in selected rural communities in Enugu North senatorial zone. Would you like to put a smile on the face of a girl child for at least two months by providing her access to pad? Would you like to support the campaign to end Period Poverty in rural communities? Kindly donate to this project. Providing these girls with access to menstrual pads can help them stay in school, avoid health risks, and lead healthy and productive lives.
